The Services We Offer

Custom Home Design and Build

The design and build process can be broken down to four basic steps.

  • Develop a budget and a rough floor plan, or start with an existing plan that you like
  • Work with our design team to finalize the budget, Floor plan, and timeline
  • Engineering, Permits, and Approvals
  • Break ground!

From ground breaking it takes about 4 months to complete the Home. We encourage you to take all the time you need during phase one, and develop a realistic floor plan and budget. The floor plan and budget will change while you consider all of your options and explore your possibilities. Once you have a relatively solid floor plan and budget, you will sit down with our design team and finalize the details of both. Next, funding should be secured, engineering approved, and permits pulled. After ground breaking you can watch the project as it proceeds, knowing most of the mental work was completed during the earlier phases.

Room Additions

Many people are happy where they are, they just want more interior space, another bathroom, or perhaps a gameroom or theater. The process to add on to your existing home is very similar to the design build process described above, at a smaller scale. We'll start with a rough draft and budget, putting your ideas on paper. We'll bring in our team to finalize both, guiding you along they way with our experiences from previous builds. The new addition, along with any other structural changes, will be engineered, permits pulled, and ground broken. The timeline will depend on the size of the project and we will make it a top priority to minimize your inconvenience.

Advanced Remodels

If you need Advanced work, such as moving walls to open up rooms, re-designing kitchens, or moving major appliances and cabinetry, this would be classified as an Advanced Remodel. These projects involve more than upgrading the finish work. These projects require careful analysis of the structural integrity of the home, and sometimes require re-engineering by a professional engineer. The process is the same, we start with a plan and a budget, finalize the details with our design team, get necessary approvals, then start the project with the goal of minimizing your inconvenience while the work is being done.

Simple Remodels

Projects that do not require structural changes, or major appliance and cabinetry relocation would be classified as a simple remodel. Items that fall into this category include:

  • Painting
  • Tile
  • Countertops
  • Cabinetry Replacement or Refinishing
  • Flooring
  • Drywall
  • Retrofitting Windows

These itmes usually do not require permits or engineering and can be started immediately.
